How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days after the order is placed. This includes production time and standard shipping within the United States.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. Aposken currently ships within the United States only.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each Aposken item is made to order, we do not offer full refunds or standard exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item does not fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a one-time discount code for a replacement order in a different size. The original item is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This offer is limited to one replacement order per original order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?

Please contact us at contact@aposken.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
