Return and refund Policy

We only offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at contact@aposken.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

Size-related concerns:
Because each Aposken item is made to order, we do not offer full refunds or standard exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide before ordering.

If your item does not fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a one-time discount code for a replacement order in a different size. The original item is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This offer is limited to one replacement order per original order.
